Spotify Music Converter allows you to convert one or more Spotify playlists at once.

If you want to select multiple songs in a Spotify playlist, you can select the songs one by one in Spotify playlist and effortlessly drag and drop the selected songs to the green bubble with add icon (which is always on the right of interface when you are viewing the playlist). Then the “Converting/Finished” window will pop up automatically with all selected songs finished loading already.

If you want to select the whole Spotify playlist, just click the green bubble with add icon, then all the Spotify songs in the playlist will be added to “Converting/Finished” window.

When all songs are added, you can click at "Convert" to start converting the songs.

When you are trying to convert Spotify songs in the Spotify Music Converter, but find it doesn’t work to drag and drop your target Spotify songs to the green bubble with add icon, or any other conversion process.

That’s because you’re not allowed to turn on Spotify app or Spotify Web Player on other browser and listen to Spotify music. It will influence on the conversion process and disturb the converter to load and convert songs. Just stop playing music with Spotify on another device and the converter will restart to work immediately.

Go to the main interface, click the three-line icon on the top and choose “Preferences”. A “Preferences” window will pop up and then click “Advanced. You can change the output quality settings by changing output formats, sample rate and bit rate as you like.

Also, we highly recommend that you convert Spotify music to M4A files format with 320 Kbps and the MP3 with 320Kbps to get a better sound quality.

No, you don't have to. You just need to drag multiple songs, or click green bubble with add icon to add the whole playlist to convert and then click the "Convert" button. Spotify Music Converter will operate the whole conversion automatically.

In fact, we can download Spotify app from Spotify's official website or from the Windows Store. If you are using the Spotify for Windows app, then you might likely get the unknown error. So we highly recommend that all users download the Spotify app through Spotify official website rather than the Windows Store.

If you are using the Spotify app downloaded from Spotify's official website but still getting this error, please contact us by submitting a request with the detailed information including the version number of your Spotify Music Converter, the version number of your Spotify app, the operating system of your computer and the error screenshot.

All converted files are saved directly to the default output folder. To locate the default output folder, please go to the three-line option from the top of the main interface and select "Preferences". Then a “Preferences” window will pop up. You can see the location of the file folder in the “General” section.
